This uniquely structured multi-level course runs throughout the year as an ongoing rolling program. All levels learn and practice together, which means you can start when you are ready. The course can be taken for personal or professional development as a 

Yoga Practitioner or Trainee Yoga Teacher. 

Saturday 11am - 5pm

Sunday 10am - 4pm

About the 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training Programme

This Teacher Training programme provides a grounded and logical approach that interweaves all 8 Limbs of Yoga. 

Karuna Yoga is the foundation that gives you the understanding of asana and how to intelligently place them in sequence. 

Power Dynamic Yoga is the next level which creates strong flexible bodies, a determined and disciplined mind and powerful internal connection to Source Energy. 

You will be taught both styles of yoga throughout the course. Upon successful completion you will receive two certificates, one for each style. Along the way you may choose to focus more on one particular style by attending the relevant weekly classes.

• To ensure that you are able to deliver safe and effective multilevel yoga classes to a high professional standard

• To guide you towards a greater understanding of yourself and others.

The approach is holistic, focusing on how to bring mind, body  and spirit into energetic alignment with the present moment.

It is our sincere desire to help you to raise your energy up to a higher vibration so that you may  discover your  passion and live your life on Purpose.  

During the course of your training you will be guided through the many aspects of yoga from asanas and anatomy both physical and subtle, to yogic and metaphysical philosophy. You will receive unparalleled support for your personal, professional and spiritual development. 

While there is a theme and underlying structure for each weekend, each day of the course is unique in its unfolding as it responds to your needs and questions in the moment. We will touch briefly on some subjects where relevant and delve more deeply into others as necessary.


 We wish to inspire you to stand in your truth, teach from your heart, and guide your students intuitively as you consciously participate in the awakening of possibility in others.

To provide a more real-life learning experience for you - all levels are taught together. You get to work with a variety of real yoga students which will give you the hands-on experience you will need to confidently teach your own yoga classes, workshops and private clients.


If you would like to follow a fairly structured learning program to further your understanding and appreciation of Yoga, but don't necessarily want to become a Yoga Teacher - You just book the  weekends that interest you and dive in.

Practitioners who attend all 20 consecutive weekends of the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance.

You may want to take notes for your own personal reference, but you will not have to submit the written assignments, participate in any teaching practice or be eligible to practice hands-on-adjustments.


If you would like to spend time with like-minded people and deepen your yoga practice for your own personal development, you are welcome to come  along  -  Just book the  weekends that interest you and dive in.

Admission Requirements

  • You must be in good health 
  • You must have at least 2 years of regular yoga class attendance and/or personal practice
  • You must possess reasonably good communication skills 
  • You must be fairly confident in your ability to actively participate in the practical aspects of the course 
  • You must have the time and mental capacity to research and study for the theoretical aspects of the course
  • You must be willing to take full responsibility for the energy you bring to the teaching space

Yoga Teacher Training


• No refunds will be issued for sessions postponed for inclement weather or other unforeseeable issues. All reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the cancelled sessions

• No refunds will be issued or transfers granted for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures.

• If you have paid in full and find at any time during the course that you are unable to continue for any reason, except if you have been asked to leave the course, you will receive a refund of all unused course fees within 1 month of your written request to leave the course.

• If you are paying by the weekend and find that you are unable to attend for any reason, you must give 48-hrs notice before the weekend of the course to be granted a transfer and 2 weeks’ notice to receive a refund within one month of your cancellation.

• No refunds or transfers will be granted for cancellations given within less than 48-hrs notice - No exceptions.
