The classes are built on a foundation of:

  • Standing & Balancing Postures
  • Seated, Twists & Forward Bends
  • Prone & Supine Back-Bends
  • Inversions & Arm Balances

And themed around:

  • Sun Salutations
  • Seasonal Sequencing / Anatomical Sequencing
  • Multi-Level Sequencing / Peak Pose Sequencing
  • Working with Props / Hands-on Adjusting 

All classes are taught in a progressive 'how to' style at a slow and steady pace with demonstrations and tips on how to get the best from each exercise, posture, breathing or meditation technique.


We are always building on previous themes and integrating new and useful techniques to help you to deepen your understanding and enjoyment of the practice.

Terms & Conditions & How it works

TERMS & CONDITIONS - CLASS PAYMENTS

To secure your place all block fees are payable at the beginning of each period.

Priority for places is always given to those who have pre-paid for a block of classes.

If you are joining us mid-block you have the option of either paying for your classes on a pay as you go basis at £10 for Pilates or £12 for Yoga until the new block begins or, to keep your place, you can pay for the balance of weeks left in the 10 week block at the discounted rate of £8 for Pilates and £9 for Yoga.


MISSED CLASSES

If you have paid for a block of classes and miss classes due to sickness or other unavoidable circumstance you are welcome and encouraged to make up missed classes by attending any other yoga classes within the 10 week period. 

Missed classes will not be carried forward beyond each 10 week period.


HOLIDAYS

If you know you are going to be away you can adjust your payment at the discounted rate of £8 for Pilates and £9 for Yoga to reflect the classes that you know you will/won’t be attending. You will still need to make your payment in the week they are due to hold your place.


ADDITIONAL EXTRA CLASSES

If you have purchased a block of classes and would like to attend the odd extra class here and there, you’re welcome to pay as you go for those at the discounted rate of £8 for Pilates and £9 for Yoga.
